Cheese garlic bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add sugar, Yeast, add water, mix it & keep aside 10 minutes for blooming.
* Step 2
Take another bowl, add maida in it, pour bloomed Yeast, mix it.
* Step 3
Now put this mix dough on the kitchen platform & knead it till shiny & light in waite, if water required add it.
* Step 4
Grease a bowl & keep this dough in it for 20 minutes for rising, sprinkle some oil or butter in it. keep it in a warm place.
* Step 5
After 20 minutes take it out, roll the dough slowly.make 2 balls in it. roll it out some thick, add all stuffing things in the butter spread it on the top of rolled dough.spread some cheese in it.
* Step 6
Flip it & make cut marks on it near about 4 marks,1 inches gap.
* Step 7
Keep it again in a warm place for 15 minutes for rising.place it in an oven tray, spread some butter in it.
* Step 8
After 15 miniutes keep it in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 15 miniutes,or till golden.
* Step 9
After 15 minutes bake it. Take it out & serve it hot.
