Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl or work top, put maida & salt.
* Step 2
Take Warm water,it should be lukwarm add sugar,& yeast,keep it a side for rising 10 miniutes.
* Step 3
Make a well from the maida add prepared yeast,mix it.
* Step 4
Now knead & stretch it.keep it in boil, spread some oil.keep it rising for 2 hrs.
* Step 5
After 2 hrs it will be double.
* Step 6
Make balls from this dough.
* Step 7
Roll it out long streps.keep it 10 miniutes for the rest.
* Step 8
Spread pizza sauce, mayonise,
* Step 9
Put chopped bell pepper,which we prepared before, mix all spices & cheese.
* Step 11
Put it in the preheated oven for 15 to twenty minutes.spread some oil or butter on the top.
* Step 12
A tasty & new version of pizza is ready to eat.
