Chicken bukhara

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the chicken,wipe it.
* Step 2
Marinade it with ginger, garlic paste for 1 an hour.
* Step 3
In a pan add ghee,let it hot.add onion pink it.add all whole spices,saute it.
* Step 4
Griend it smooth in a mixture jar.
* Step 5
Now in a Heat pan add oil,let it hot.add marinated chicken.roast it 5 miniutes in the high flame.remove it from the flame.
* Step 6
In the same pan add oil,let it hot.add griended spices saute it.add powdered spice,add some milk,roast it in the slow flame.
* Step 7
Add griended bukhara,saute it.
* Step 8
Add brown onion paste,curd,mix it well.add fried chicken saute it.
* Step 9
Add 2 cup of water,boil it 3 minutes.add salt.
* Step 10
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 11
Serve it in a bowl, Garnish it with cream & mint leaves.
* Step 12
It can be served any time of meals.
