Simple Sushie
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook rice, after cook remove from the rice cooker and transfer in a bowl. Add salt, sugar and vinegar then mix well. Then cover with a cloth
* Step 2
Place nori in a bamboo mat. Scoop rice and spread on top of nori. Leave 1 inch with out rice.
* Step 3
Place all the ingredients on the bottom. Line them all then slowly roll the bamboo mat and squeeze it. When almost reach the end brush water on the 1 inch nori to seal it.
* Step 4
Then cut it according how you want your sushi thickness
