Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the meat.keep it a side.wipe it.
* Step 2
Take a bowl put meat in it.add 1 Tsp garlic,ginger chilli,rub it on the mutton.keep it a side for 15 miniutes.
* Step 3
Take a pressure pan add oil,hot it.add onion Fry it dark pink.
* Step 4
Add ginger, garlic,saute it 1 miniute.
* Step 5
Now add all whole spices, cracle it.
* Step 6
Add powdered spices,mix it.add 1/2 cup water.rost all things property.
* Step 7
Add apple paste Roast it.
* Step 8
Now add mutton,roast it 4 miniutes.
* Step 9
Add beet root piece,salt,Brown onion paste.almond paste.mix all things well.
* Step 10
Add 2 cup of water.lid it.cook it 10 miniutes. after 10 miniutes remove it from the flame.let it cool.
* Step 11
Open it.check the meat & greavy,if it is uncooked, cook it again 2 miniutes.
* Step 12
Check greavy consistacy,if needed, add more.water.
* Step 13
Now take a small pan Heat it,put Ghee in it.add chopped garlic, Brown it.put this tempring into the cooked meat.lid it 5 miniutes.
* Step 14
When it will opened,we find a awesome aroma.
* Step 15
Now garnish it with coriander,& mint leaves.
* Step 16
Now have this tangy,spicy,mutton with lachha parantha,or naan,rice,with onion rings in lime juice.
