Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixture griender put soaked dal griended it smooth.
* Step 2
Take it out from the kar.add 1/2 Tsp turmric powder, coriander powder,chilli powder.
* Step 4
Heat a pan add oil for fryingin it. Let it hot.Put this batter in the palm (50)gm.make like a big vada.place it in the hot oil.
* Step 5
Fry it both sides.do not make it crspy.
* Step 6
Take it out from the pan.let it be cool.now cut it in small pieces.
* Step 7
1" inch peices.fry it again in 2 Tsp oil crspy & golden brown.
* Step 8
Again in another pan put 4 tsp oil,let it hot.add cumin, cracle it.add ginger garlic,saute it.add onion Brown it.
* Step 10
Add 1/2 cup of water stir & dry it.add cut fried pieces & Fry it little.
* Step 11
Add,1glass of water,add salt,let it boil 10 mimiutes.remove it from the flame.keep it a side,so that gravy will thick.
* Step 12
Now it is ready to serve.it will go very well for rice.
