An energetic sandwich

We are always required a healthy breakfast,so here we try some inovative dish.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
4 pieces

bread

2 Tsp

butter

1 Tsp

white til

2 tsp

hung curd

1/2 Tsp

malai

1 pinch

salt

1 Tsp

oregeno

2 Tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put curd,Malai, almond flour, paper,salt, honey chia seeds,mix it very well.

* Step 2

In another bowl put all veggies,paneer, chilli flakes,salt, oregeno, shredded spinach.Mix it well.

* Step 3

In a small bowl put tomato pure,black pepper, watermelon crush,1 pinch garlic crush.1 pinch salt.

* Step 4

Take bread,spread curd mixtures inside 1 bread.

* Step 5

Take 2 and bread spread tomato mixture inside.

* Step 6

Now put veggies mixtures inside part 1 and cover it another bread.

* Step 7

Press it very well.

* Step 8

Cut it in triangle.

* Step 9

Now beautiful energetic sandwich is ready to serve.

* Step 10

A glass of juice will enhance it's tastes very much.
