Gnocchi

An Italian dish.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

20 mimiutes
2 tsp

Maida

1 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Black pepper

1 tsp

Vinegar

1 tsp

Sugar

1 Tsp

Oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mash the potatoes with the help of strainer.so that lumps will not appear.

* Step 2

Keep it a side for 20 mimiutes in the normal place.

* Step 3

Now add maida,salt, & egg.mix it very well.if needed add some water & knead it very well.

* Step 4

Now take the dough,roll it.

* Step 5

Cut small pieces,& press it with the help of fork.make all Gnocchi peices like this.

* Step 6

Boil the water put salt,& 1 tsp oil in it.add all. In it.

* Step 7

Boil it 2 miniutes,all Gnocchi will float this time.

* Step 8

Strain the water. Keep it a side.

* Step 9

In another hot pan add butter,let it hot,put Garlic saute it.

* Step 10

Add black pepper,boiled tomato pure,stir it.add sugar salt, veniger, cornflower, origeno,let it boil 2 miniutes.

* Step 11

In a serving plate put Gnocchi,pour sauce in it.sprinkle origeno in it.

* Step 12

Serve it hot - hot.
