Namakpare,Nimki,salted Fry semi

Ingredient

Food ration :

simolina

100 gm

shortening

to taste

Salt

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put flour,& simolina,add salt, ajwain,baking powder.

* Step 2

Mix all things very well.

* Step 3

Add shortening, rub it very well.

* Step 4

It will be seems like light brown.

* Step 5

Knead it with the help of water tightly.

* Step 6

Keep it a side for 20 mimiutes.

* Step 7

Now roll it out 1 cm thick.

* Step 8

Cut it in medium steps.

* Step 9

Heat the oil.

* Step 10

Put all cut streps in it.

* Step 11

Fry it in medium flame till golden brown crispy.

* Step 12

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 13

It is a homemade snacks,fresh,fresh.

* Step 14
