Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a medium Heat pan add flour.roast it slowly.
* Step 2
When it changes it's colour like Brown,add ghee & roast it again for 5 miniutes.
* Step 3
Now remove it from the flame.
* Step 4
Let it Cool.now add sugar.
* Step 5
Add all dry fruits & other things.
* Step 6
Keep it for long time,it is safe for fifteen days.
* Step 7
Although it is used in Pooja or Katha time,yet it is healthy dry snacks.
* Step 8
We often use it in evening time snacks with 1 cup of milk.
