Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the poppy seeds, Almonds,Cashew nuts, Green cardamoms, black cardamoms,in slow flame.
* Step 2
Keep it a side for cooling.then grind it.
* Step 4
In a heat pan put clarify butter,add oil let it hot.
* Step 5
Add all whole spices, sautey it 1 miniute.
* Step 6
Add garlic,ginger, sautey it.add onion Fry it golden.
* Step 7
Add all powder spices.mix some water in it.cook it 2 miniutes.
* Step 8
Add crushed apple & tomatoes.cook it five minutes.
* Step 10
Add roasted grinded spice.
* Step 13
Now the oil has come up,it means it has been cooked.
* Step 14
Add salt and water (as required).add mint,& coriander leaf.
* Step 16
Serve it in a bowl.garnish it with coriander leaf.
* Step 17
Now a delectable dish is ready to serve.
