* Step 1
In a bowl add all things for the dough,mix it.
* Step 2
Knead it with the help of water.
* Step 3
Keep it a side for rest 20 mimiutes.
* Step 4
Take a pressure cooker put washed keema,whole spices,salt.1 cup of water.lid it.cook it 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Open the lid.take out whole spices.
* Step 6
In a Heat pan add butter,let it hot.
* Step 7
Add onion,ginger,garlic,pink it.
* Step 9
Add cooked keema fry it 4 miniutes.
* Step 10
Add all spices cook it 2 miniutes again.
* Step 11
Remove it from the flame.add kewra jal.
* Step 12
Make a ball from the dough.roll it 4 inch.
* Step 13
Fill the stuffing in it.fold it again.
* Step 15
Heat a pan put paratha in it.sprinkle butter.bake both sides golden.
* Step 16
Serve it hot with green chutney.& Onion rings.
