Green peas nimona with badi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heat pan put ghee,add badi Fry it golden,take it out. Now add crushed peas Fry it 5 miniutes.
* Step 2
Now remove it from the pan. In

Add oil same pan Heat it.
* Step 4
Add Bay leave, cumin seeds,let it cracle.
* Step 5
Add garlic, ginger,sautey it add onion Fry it golden.
* Step 6
Add tomato Fry it 2 miniutes.
* Step 7
Now add all spices & sprinkle some water in it.fry it 1 miniute.
* Step 8
Add peas,badis,Fry it again.add mango powder, salt,& water as required.lid it.keep stir.
* Step 9
Cook it 30 miniutes.it's greavy.should be some thick.
* Step 10
Now remove it from the flame.
* Step 11
Temper it with ghee & Garlic & lid it 10 mimiutes.
* Step 12
Now serve it in bowl,garnish it with cream -& coriander leaf.
* Step 13
It is a seasonal dish,very tasty & healthy dish.
* Step 14
It can be used any time.it will go with chapati,& rice very well.
