Southern Egg Salad

Ingredient

sweet relish

1/4 cup

mayonnaise

1/2 tsp.

yellow mustard

1/4 tsp.

paprika

1/4 tsp.

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scoop the relish onto a paper towel and set aside.

* Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustards, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add drained relish from paper towel, mix again. Set aside.

* Step 3

Hard boil the eggs and peel (see tip). Add to the mixing bowl and use whisk to break up the eggs. Thoroughly combine the mixture.

* Step 4

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving on optional toast.

* Step 5

Enjoy!
