🟠I get this homemade noodle from province in Northeast This noodle influence from Vietnam and it now used in Northeast breakfast

6 liters of Water + Pork Ribs Bring it to boil in Low Heat
-seasoning with soy sauce + sugar + salt +white pepper powder then simmer for 1 hour on low heat
* Step 3
Mix well as shown and put in freeze at least 30 mins
-Add pork mixture by adding into small ball
-Add Vietnamese Sausage
* Step 4
I cook noodle per portion By adding 180 g. to boiling water and keep stirring until noodle cooked as shown and the texture of the water become like a gravy This is unique feature of this noodle
* Step 5
When noodle cooked strain Noodle and add soup top with pork ribs minced pork
Vietnamese sausage spring onion Crispy shallot white pepper powder and Chili flake
