Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the carrots & cabbage coarsely.
* Step 2
Put tomato, cabbage, carrots.in a pan,add some water.boil it 5 miniutes.
* Step 3
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 4
Peel the tomato & mash all veggies.
* Step 5
In a pan add butter,Heat it.put cumin,green chilli,garlic,ginger sautye it.
* Step 7
Add sugar,salt.cook it 3 mimiutes.
* Step 8
Add black pepper.remove it from the flame.
* Step 9
It can be keep many days.it is very useful for gravy also.
