Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boiled the Masoor dal with 1 glass of water,& salt.5 miniutes.
* Step 2
Take it out from the flame.let it some cool.
* Step 3
In a pan put ghee,add cumin seed, cracle it.
* Step 4
Add bay leaf onion, sautye it 1 mimiutes.
* Step 5
Now add garlic,ginger, brown it.add green chilli.
* Step 6
Add all whole masala,stir it,.
* Step 7
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder.mix it.sprinkle water & stir it.
* Step 8
Add tomato cook it 2 miniutes.
* Step 10
Add curd stir it.add salt.
* Step 11
Add 1 cup of water,& boiled it 2 miniutes.
* Step 12
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 13
Now dal is ready to serve.
* Step 14
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
* Step 15
It can be used lunch or dinner any Time.
