Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan put oil & let it hot.put methi leaves,Fry it until crisp.remove it from the flame.keep it a side.take it out from the pan.
* Step 2
In the same pan put some oil Heat it.
* Step 3
Add bay leaf, cumin seeds,cracle it.add onion sautye it. add ginger, garlic.fry it brown.
* Step 4
Add coriander powder, chilli.sprinkle some water.
* Step 5
Now add green peas,paneer.sauty it.cook it 5 miniutes.
* Step 6
Slow the flame,add curd,mix it.add khoya & malai stir it.
* Step 7
Add salt mix it.add some fried methi leaves in it.mix it.
* Step 8
Save some methi leaves for serving times.sprinkle it on the bowl.
* Step 9
It is very tasty & healthy dish.
* Step 10
It will go naan,or parantha very well.
