In a pan put 2 Tsp oil Heat it.
* Step 3
Add cumin,garlic sautye it. Add Ginger paste.
* Step 4
Now add turmeric,chilli, coriander power,stir it.
* Step 5
Sprinkle some water,roast the masala.
* Step 6
Add Aalu,bagan Fry it,add salt, sprinkal some water.lid it 5 miniutes.
* Step 7
Open the lid stir it.add mango powder.dry it.it is dry Sabji.
* Step 9
Serve it any time.lunch, dinner..
