Ingredient

salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/2 cup

milk

2 tsp

curd

1 tsp

cumin

2 tsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add mashed potatoes, chilli,cumin,salt, onion, coriander,garam masala,mix it well.

* Step 2

In other bowl put flour,salt, ajwain,milk,oil,curd.mix it.

* Step 3

Knead it very well.keep it a side.

* Step 4

Make balls from the dough.roll it.make small puri from this.

* Step 5

Fill prepared potato masala in it.

* Step 6

Roll it again.make big paratha.

* Step 7

Heat a pan put paratha in it.

* Step 8

Spread butter both side & bake properly.

* Step 9

Serve it hot with green chuteny.
