Broccoli,paneer, carrots sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl put all gratedthings.
* Step 2
Heat a pan add 1 tsp butter,put garlic/ginger paste,saute it.
* Step 3
Add all grated things in it stir it.
* Step 4
Now add all things except curd & mayonnaise.
* Step 6
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 7
Take bread spread mayonnaise on it inside.
* Step 8
Add the curd into this mixture.
* Step 9
Put mixture in the mayonnaised bread.
* Step 10
Put another bread on it butter it both sides.
* Step 11
Keep it in the sandwich maker for 2 miniute.
* Step 12
Remove it from the sandwich maker.
* Step 13
Serve it hot with chilli garlic sauce.
