Mango Basundi

Basundi is very simple & healthy dish. We can make it any time like a sweet dish.

Milk..

Sugar.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Add sugar and simmer it 5miniutes.

* Step 2

Remove the milk from the gas.let it cool and keep it in refrigerator for some time.

* Step 3

Add the gratedmango in refrigerated milk.

* Step 4

Add the dry fruits and rose water in chilled mango and milk mixture.

* Step 5

Serve it chilled garnished with rose petals.

* Step 6

A healthier sweet dish with our national fruit this summer.
