Yogurt Mint Soup

Yogurt Mint Soup

Please try this soup. It is a comfort dish in winters. Can be given to patients also. Drink hot,hot and only hot.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2 cup

Rice

1/2 cup

Flour

1

Egg

1/2 tsp

Black pepper

to taste

Salt

5 cups

Water

1 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil rice in 5cups of water and salt to taste.

* Step 2

In a bowl beat the egg,flour and yogurt well.

* Step 3

Add milk into it and whisk it well till smooth consistency.Can add some water to mix it.

* Step 4

On other side when rice is cooked switch off the gas. Don't throw rice water.

* Step 5

Now mix flour yogurt egg mixture into rice slowly and stirringly.

* Step 6

Put it now on medium fire stirring it continuously for 15 minutes till it becomes slightly thick.

* Step 7

Switch off the gas. Check the seasoning.

* Step 8

Heat butter and olive oil in a pan once it sizzles add dry mint pdr and black pepper.Pour it over soup.

* Step 9

Serve this fantastic soup.

* Step 10

It is very important to stir continuously otherwise yogurt will split.
