Til (Sesame) Mawa ladoos
Mouth melting laddoos for winter.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat a thick bottomed pan and roast sesame seeds on a low heat till they get pink in colour.
* Step 3
Grind them in a mixer. Keep 1 tbsp til aside.
* Step 4
Now roast mawa at a low heat stirring it regularly till it also becomes pink.
* Step 5
Switch off the gas.When mawa comes to touchable temperature add til,sugar powder and cardamom pdr.
* Step 6
Make balls (laddoos) with hands. Just wrap them with til seeds and garnish with pishta or cashews.
* Step 7
Can be stored for one week only.
* Step 8
Roasting of mawa and til should be on low heat.
