Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cooker me chane ke uper tak pani dalni hai fir tej patte and salt add karke 4,5 whistle tak pakani hai.

* Step 2

Kardahi me 2 spoons oil garam karke shahi zeera and hing fry karni hai.fir onion fry karte hai.jab onion fry hojaye to garlic ginger past vi fry karte hai fir tomato dalke pakne tak fry karte hai.

* Step 3

Ab coriander zeera powder,Lal mirch powder and 1 glass water dalke low flame me 10 minutes pakate hai.

* Step 4

Fir cooker me paka huwa chane me sab paka huwa masala and chane masala dalke fir se 2 whistle tak pakate hai.

* Step 5

Bas ready hai kabuli chane ki sabji.chopped coriander leaves se garnish karke serve kare.
