Spicy Shrimps Fry

Vary the quantity of spices used according to your wish. If you don't like to apply chopped curry leaves on the shrimps, then add it while frying or avoid it. Be careful not to fry for a long time. Otherwise the shrimps get hard. Fry till the masala becomes crispy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt & all the powders. Chop the curry leaves & add it. Mix & make a fine paste. Add little water if needed.

Apply the paste on both sides of the shrimps. Marinate it for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the shrimps according to your wish. I suggest shallow frying.
