Grilled Eggplant x tuna
Good source of protein as well as vegetables. Easy to make even busy morning!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut eggplant and garlic. Grill in the oven till it's soft
* Step 2
Put salt, tahini and drained tinned tuna. Mix together.
* Step 3
It's ready for serve! Add lime juice if you like:)
