Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pat the shrimp with a paper towel to get rid of some of the moisture. Season with the adobo spice or sauce. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp about 2 minutes. Flip the shrimp over and add the lemon juice, garlic, paprika and red pepper flakes to the pan.
* Step 2
Continue cooking until the garlic turns light golden brown and the shrimp become opaque, about 1 minute.
* Step 3
Transfer the shrimp to a serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley.
