* Step 1
Combine the beans, tomatoes, onion, pepper, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce and garlic in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the beef, cumin, oregano and S+P.
* Step 2
Pour 1/2 of the tomato mixture into a 5 qt pot or a crockpot; add the beef mixture. Pour in the remaining tomato mixture. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with toppings if desired.
