Slightly upscaled take on Greek Salad. Excellent addition to a grilled dinner.

Cooking instructions

Prepare lettuce & vegetables as given above.
* Step 2
Assemble salad. adding goat cheese last.
* Step 3
Dress to your liking with salad dressing and toss. Serve.

To make Creamy balsamic dressing:

Put all ingredients in a mixing jar. Process with an immersion blender until emulsified. Refrigerate the remainder.
