Vegan Chinese Chive Packets
Vegan version of Egg and chive Chinese savory pastry. A corollary to Tofu chive dumplings. To use up the rest of the ingredients. Thanks to TheFoodietakesflight for inspiration again!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in a saute pan or dutch oven. Saute crumbled tofu that has had much of the water squeezed out of it until golden brown.
* Step 2
Add tumeric, black salt and pepper. Saute until flavors combine. Add mushrooms and saute until cooked through.
* Step 3
Remove pan from the stove. Chop garlic chives and vermicelli. Add to tofu mushroom mixture.
* Step 4
Add sea salt, Shaolin wine & Oyster sauce. Stir to combine well.
* Step 5
Assemble packets. Fill a small bowl with cold water. Arrange wonton wrappers in a stack. Place 1/4-1/3 c of filling on a wrapper. Wet edges with cold water. Press to seal. Stack packets until complete.
* Step 6
Pan fry packets in sunflower oil until golden brown.
