Classic Green Pepaya Salad

Pepaya season is here, went visit backyard and saw my pepaya produce lots of pepayas, some are ripped and I shared with friends and neighboors, and It sorta tickled my mind to make some salad from the green one.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1/4 cups

peanuts

1/2 tsp

salt

2 cloves

garlic

1/2 tsp

paper flakes

2 tbsp

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut slices pepaya, I personally using mandolin to get really super thin slices

* Step 2

Chop the garlic into paste, using the blender or traditional stone mortar and pedestal

* Step 3

Chursed the peanuts

* Step 4

On the mixing bowl combine sliced green pepaya, salt, brown sugar, garlic paste, and apple cider vinegar, combine them very well

* Step 5

And the lasting is sprinkles the crushed peanuts as garnish on the tol

* Step 6

Ready to be serve
