Ingredient

Food ration :

Dry yeast

1/2 tbsp

malt syrup

1 1/4 cups

warm water

3 3/4 (500 gr)

bread flour

1 tbsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In the measuring cup / small bowl 🥣 mix dry yeast, malt syrup, warm water also olive oil all together let it corporate and foamy.

* Step 2

On the other big bowl mix flour and salt

* Step 3

Next step is to combine the liquid and dry ingredients

* Step 4

After the kneeding dough and its looks firm, let it sit and cover the bowl until double of size and don't forget to grease the bowl with the olive oil before you cover it (it will be double size approximately about 30 mins)

* Step 5

Preheaat 450° oven and process the dough to be cuts and roll After 30 mins and risen on double size, dusting the flat surface and dusting with semolina, then start to rolling the dough, sprinkles again with semolina.

* Step 6

Start to cut the dough, I personally weigh each one 10grm and rolling it using hands until 11" long each one so we can get perfect and even size for each one

* Step 7

Bake on 450° oven for about 11-13 minutes and it should be ready to be serve.
