Applesauce Pancakes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl mix pancake mix & cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the pancake mix. Add the eggs, applesauce, lemon juice & milk. Stir until smooth.
* Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
* Step 3
Brown on both sides. Serve hot.
