Hard boiled eggs

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour about a Tbsp or more of vegetable oil and some salt in pot of cold water. Makes them easy to peel (you're welcome)

* Step 2

Cover pot and turn stove on high. Bring to boil. Lower temperature to medium. Cook 9-10 minutes once you lower temperature.

* Step 3

Remove from heat let it sit with lid on it for 15 minutes.
