Poppyseed Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Shred chicken off the bone.
* Step 3
Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, & Sprite. Mix until well blended.
* Step 4
Add the shredded chicken and be sure well mixed.
* Step 5
Pour into a casserole dish (sprayed with Pam). Cook at 350 for about 15 minutes.
* Step 6
Crush ritz in a bowl add the poppyseeds and mix.
* Step 7
Put ritz over the chicken mixture and melt just about 1/4 cup butter & drizzle over ritz.
* Step 8
Bake at 350 until ritz is brown.
