Malpuras. Ramadan Speciality

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk with saffron and Cardamom powder Cook till half the quantity. And keep aside and let it cool.

* Step 2

In a separate bowl beat eggs. Then add sugar, flour, yellow color. And gradually add milk to make a smooth paste.

* Step 3

In a small frying pan spray with cooking spray and pour a 3/4 scoop of the batter and spread evenly on the frying pan. And let it cook for a minute or two then fold 1/3 from each side. And then turn to cook the other side. And gently remove from the pan

* Step 4

Serve hot with malpura sauce.

* Step 5

Sauce. Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup Condensed milk 1/2 cup. Beat cream as it becomes thick. Add Condensed milk add beat more.
