Sweet spicy pork with lotus stem

Today actually I don’t plan cook for lunch since husband is outstation and back late evening. But then thinking he might get home early as he said,so I just cook Incase he is hungry when he arrive home. At least there is food on the table and ready to eat. So I come out with this simple delicious dish. Cooking while my baby stay sleeping. She been waking up at night from 1am -4am make me having sleepless night. Got to wake up early to prepare breakfast and then do house chores. From a businesswomen to full housewife it is totally two different thing in my life. Being a housewife need a lot of planning and patient and tolerance.Somehow so far I manage it well,husband compliment me.that make me feel appreciated and happy. Clean home,nice and delicious food beside others privacy thing. I think I just fell in love with my new job. Housewife. #cancerian While posted this my baby is sleeping on my lap my husband remind me to read the stock market news today. 😅 and here I am posting this and checking Instagram.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

oyster sauce

1 tablespoon

fish sauce

1 tablespoon

sweet soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients as below. As usual I always prepare my sauce in advance mixed them together but not shown in picture below. U can cook with beef meat and chicken too. Anything u like. Tips : must soak your meat wet if u freeze them because it will cook faster and the meat much tender. Never ever cook frozen or half frozen meat.

Heat your wok and cooking oil. Fry your garlic and dry chilies first until golden brown color. Then add in lotus stem and black pepper,stir well and then add in your pork.Leave it for 5minutes.

* Step 3

Then add half cup of water and add in all your sauces. Then leave it for about 10-15 minutes low heat and wok cover up. Keep checking to make sure it don’t get too dry.Little gravy make it taste fantastic and goes well with rice.

Once done add in your chilies garnish and then ready to serve. It does taste good.And this is my first time cook this...happy try
