Three color dish

This is one of my simplest dish. Healthy and simple yet it is delicious and perfect goes well with rice for lunch or dinner. Info or tips : anchovies goes very well when fry with vegetables dish. I don’t know what the secret but it taste really good. That is one of my secret ingredient,anchovies.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

oyster sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare your ingredients as below I. The picture. Heat your wok and cooking oil,then fry garlic and anchovies until golden brown color then add in first carrot and cabbage. Stir it and leave it about 3-4 minutes with low heat.

* Step 2

Then add in abit of water to not let it too dry and add in your fry tofu. Then oyster sauce. Mixed well and leave it about 3more minutes with your wok closed with medium low heat. Always adjusted your heat and gas because it can effected the taste of your food. Make sure this dish not too dry and too wet. But if gravy make it perfect.Once done ready to serve and dig in. Very simple.happy try :)
