Three Cup Chicken (三杯鸡)
This is a classic Taiwanese dish. The flavors of all sauces, ginger and fresh basil are incredible! People always get amazed with its flavors on the first try!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken breasts to small cubes.
* Step 2
Add chicken cubes and cold water to a pot, then heat to boil. Once boiled, remove the water and set the chicken aside for later.
* Step 3
Cut ginger roots to thin slices.
* Step 4
Heat up a pan with medium-low heat and add 1/4 cup sesame oil. Add ginger slices to the pan, and cook to dry crispy slices. Then add garlic cloves and dried red peppers to the pan.
* Step 5
Mix rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar in a separate bowl. Then add the sauce to the pan. Add chicken to the pan, mix well, and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is mostly cooked off.
* Step 6
Add in fresh basil to the pan and mix well. Blend in the rest of sesame oil.
* Step 7
Delicious Three Cup chicken ready to serve!
