Pesto Egg Sandwich
5-min weekday breakfast! Pesto and tomato is the taste of spring/summer!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp pesto sauce to the skillet and spread out evenly.
* Step 2
Crack an egg on top of pesto sauce, and cook 1-1.5 minutes on medium heat.
(Optional) Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of the egg a little before the egg is ready.
* Step 3
Toast a slice of bread. Then add 2 slices of beefsteak tomato on top of toast. Place cooked pesto egg on tomato slices.
* Step 4
Delicious Pesto Egg Sandwich ready to serve!
