Pineapple Bacon Fried Rice
Perfect combination of sweet and smoky flavors. Great dish for weekday lunch meal prep or family dinner.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash white rice in a large mixing bowl and drain the water.
* Step 2
Add washed rice and water to instant pot.
* Step 3
Pressure cook rice in the instant pot for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Chop the garlic into small pieces.
* Step 5
Mix the garlic pieces into hot cooked rice.
* Step 6
Cut bacon into small pieces.
* Step 7
Cook bacon bites on a large frying pan on small/medium heat for 5 minutes or till they are crispy.
* Step 8
Whisk the eggs on a separate bowl.
* Step 9
Take out the cooked bacon bites and drain half of the grease in the pan.
* Step 10
Use the rest of grease to cook eggs on medium heat for 3 minutes.
* Step 11
Add bacon, rice & garlic mixture and salt to the pan.
* Step 12
Stir fry the rice for 3 minutes or until all ingredients are well mixed together with the rice.
* Step 13
Add pineapple pieces to the pan and stir fry for another minute.
