Cajun Cauliflower rice with smoked sausage

Quick easy work day dinner. Low carb meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In large saucepan Add your cauliflower rice, 1 can or half and let it cook on medium high heat.

* Step 2

In a separate Pan add your smoke sausage that has been sliced. Over medium heat, Fry on both sides of the sausage.

* Step 3

Once the sausages is fried on both sides add to your 1st pan. Add the seasonings I mentioned and any other seasoning you like.

* Step 4

Once everything is heated through add to a bowl. You can add shredded cheese, hot sauce or anything else you like. I dont add anything else. Enjoy.

* Step 5

You can doctor up with additional peppers, Onions, whatever you like. Next time I'll Add grilled chicken.
