Chicken Salad

Just created this recipe from a combination of reviewing other recipes.

Ingredient

Food ration :

celery

1/4 cup

onions

1/4 cup

pecans

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Open can, drain juices from the can and dump into a bowl

* Step 2

Using a fork shred the chicken into shreds

* Step 3

Dice or mince pecans, grapes, celery, and onions. I have a master chef's cup that I put all of the ingredients into and cut into small pieces.

* Step 4

Dump the additional ingredients into the bowl and mix together with the chicken.

* Step 5

Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.

* Step 6

The frozen grapes helps in making the chicken salad cold fast.
