Aunt Carrie's Potato Salad

Ingredient

1/2 lb

Bacon

1 tbsp

butter

3 tbsp

flour

1 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

vinegar

1 1/2 cup

milk

1 pints

mayonnaise

1 medium

Onion diced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes, let cool and set aside.

* Step 2

Fry bacon, chop into pieces and set aside.

* Step 3

Pour butter, flour, sugar, vinegar and milk

* Step 4

Set aside and let cool.

* Step 5

When cool add, 1 pint mayonnaise, parsley, onion, bacon, diced eggs, diced sweet pickles and potatoes.

* Step 6

Refrigerate
