Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, cut up, and cook potatoes until they are ready to be mashed.

* Step 2

After mashing the potatoes add cream cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, milk, onions, once the potatoes have cooled down add the eggs

* Step 3

Beat all the ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.

* Step 4

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

* Step 5

These potatoes can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen.
