Sugar
80 gr
Cake flour
1 tsp
Cocoa powder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preparation: Put the butter at room temperature until softened.
Whisk until creamy.

Add sugar → egg white → flour
And stir well.
* Step 3
Divide the batter in half.
Chocolate flavor:
Add cocoa powder to the batter and mix well.
* Step 4
Pour the batter into the squeeze bag.
Squeeze out the size you like.
Plain cookie: Bake at 170°C for 16~18 minutes
Cocoa cookie: Bake at 170°C for 13~16 minutes
