Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preparation:
●Wash and slice the Bitter Melon. Don't forget to remove the middle seed. The thinner you cut, the less bitter it tastes!
Add 1 tablespoon of salt, gently rub the Bitter Melon,
Add a little water and let it wait for at least 10 minutes. Then wash and drain the water.
* Step 2
●Add salt and pepper to the pork, and then add flour. well mixed.
* Step 3
Now you can start to fry!
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and fry the pork first.
Add Bitter Melon.
After the pork is cooked, add tofu.
Add seasoning (Japanese sake + soy sauce + oyster sauce + Hondashi (dashi powder))
Finally add the eggs.
Stir gently and do not crush the tofu.

Put little Katsuobushi (bonito) on top.
