Pesto pasta

#JR3 This is italian fusion pasta..in which I just added indian touch..

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a pan boil the water and add salt and 1 tspoon oil.then add pasta to boil..when the pasta cooked drain the water and pour the normal water to prevent the pasta from overcooked.

* Step 2

In a chutney jar add fresh basil leaves, green chilli, cashew nut, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil and make a smooth paste. Dont use water for making paste..if needed add olive oil more.

* Step 3

Now in a broad pan add butter and maida and roast it for 2 mins. Then add milk and stir it continuesly. After the mixer get thickens add boiled pasta and mix it. Then add salt black pepper chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well..after that add the ready pesto paste to the pasta and diced olive and mix it gentely. In a last step add grated cheese to it. Now your pesto pasta is ready to eat 😋😋
