Salisbury Steak GF
Salisbury Steak made with gluten free ingredients. So tasty and perfect with a side of mashed potatoes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl mix bread crumbs with the grated onion.
* Step 2
Add beef, 1 garlic clove, ketchup, the beef bullion, 1 tsp Worcestershire, and 3 tsp Dijon. Mix well with your hands. Form into thickish paties.
* Step 3
In a large nonstick skillet, fry your paties until browned on both sides and remove.
* Step 4
Put your onions and garlic in the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add butter and melt. Add gluten free flour and stir together for 30 seconds. Add beef broth slowly while stirring.
* Step 6
Mix in the remaining garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 7
Put patties in the gravy and let it simmer until thick. Serve covered in gravy beside a pile of mashed potatoes.
